Terms of Service

The service
Listloom lets Etsy sellers connect their own shops and make bulk edits to their own listings — titles, tags, prices, quantities and shop sections — from a single dashboard. You authorize access directly through Etsy, and you can withdraw it at any time from your Etsy account or by disconnecting your shop here.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of the email account you sign in with, since anyone with access to it can request a sign-in link. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Connect a shop you are not authorized to manage, or ask another seller to hand over their credentials.
- Use the service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates Etsy's own policies.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation or security.
You remain responsible for the content of your listings. We apply the changes you confirm; we do not review them for accuracy or compliance.
Bulk edits and undo
Every bulk edit is shown to you as a preview before anything is sent to Etsy, and we record the previous value of each field so a completed edit can be reversed. Undo is provided in good faith and works in the large majority of cases, but it is not a backup service: if a listing is changed on Etsy by you or by someone else after our edit, restoring the earlier value may overwrite that later change. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Etsy
The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Listloom uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise affiliated with Etsy, Inc. Your use of Etsy is governed by your agreement with Etsy. We depend on Etsy's API, and availability, rate limits, and behaviour of that API are outside our control.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces what you can do, we will give reasonable notice by email.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales, arising out of your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or if required to do so by Etsy. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
